I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Private Practice in La Mirada, CA. I specialize in helping children, adults and parents who are wrestling with ADD/HD difficulties. I have spent the majority of the past 25-years learning about and working to better understand the difficulties people experience due to Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyperactive Disorder (ADD/HD). Whether it is a child or an adult (“just a big kid”), when a person has ADD/HD there are usually problems at home, school or work; this can make life more difficult than it has to be. I am uniquely qualified to assist people in identifying the difficulties and providing coaching or counseling to minimize the struggles. I will work with you individually to determine what you think will be best in terms of solving the problems currently impacting your life.
